The "Open to All" National Week will unite regions across the country around the inclusion agenda. From November 30, 2026 to December 6, 2026, regions will host events promoting an equal opportunity society: exhibitions, festivals, conferences, film screenings, fairs, workshops, sports events, and educational programs. Leading cultural and educational venues will host "Children's Days" - a dedicated series of creative activities for children and teenagers with disabilities.
