The Forum brings together government authorities, businesses, non-profit organisations, and associations to build an equal opportunity environment where every individual – regardless of physical capabilities – can fulfil their potential in the social and economic life of the country.

We are taking a qualitatively new step in ASI’s extensive practice of advancing the inclusion agenda. Such a large event in Moscow and hundreds of events across the country make the forum "Open to All" a central hub for consolidating proposals on the development of inclusion, which we will present to the country’s leadership.

National Week «Open to All»
The "Open to All" National Week will unite regions across the country around the inclusion agenda. From November 30, 2026 to December 6, 2026, regions will host events promoting an equal opportunity society: exhibitions, festivals, conferences, film screenings, fairs, workshops, sports events, and educational programs. Leading cultural and educational venues will host "Children's Days" - a dedicated series of creative activities for children and teenagers with disabilities.
